We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase that have not been opened. The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping fee. We sometimes will accept products that have been opened but this is on a case by case basis. Please email us and let us know the reason for return and we will work best with you to figure out the best solution.

For all the products listed on our website we provide free shipping.  We ship all products using limited quantity shipping through UPS. If a custom order is placed shipping charges might not be free based on if it qualifies under the limited quantity provision. We will make sure the shipping fee is included in any custom orders before the order is placed. We will discuss what it takes to get the custom order to our warehouse and shipped to you.
